At 9:58 am local time on De≥cember 25, 2018, the ¥₹Namibia Whale Rock Cement annual 1 ®.2 million tons capacity cement producti☆βon which was general contr↕↑™©acted by TCDRI successf>✘ul ignited, which is 58 days ahead of the contr£∏act period.

The project was officially started on N★✔ovember 24^th , 2017 for civil works. The kiln inst§∏←allation began on May 1^st, 2018, and the tower was c£γ≠apped on July 29^th. On November 21^st, the rotary kiln compl&≠eted the performance asses©®sment. On December 2 ∞Ωε1^st, the limestone began feeding, and >≥>on December 24^th , the kiln system was tested for triλ±≥al ignition.
